A practical review for you
The pleasant bartender during cocktail hour added a personal touch, sharing local insights. Breakfast was satisfactory, offering made-to-order omelets. A few parking challenges existed, and navigating the building could be tricky, but the helpful front desk staff were a bright spot.

It's a Suite hotel so very roomy for several adults and offers a good free breakfast with the stay.
Wi-fi was difficult to sign on to and it wasn't clear that it was free as advertised. The bi-level suite with two baths was great but did not have two showers. It would have been nice for the tub in the second BR to have functioned as a shower as well. The pull out couch did not have a comfortable mattress. We asked for extra blankets and a plush mattress cover to soften the mattress - we only received the blankets which helped.

The hotel over-booked the guaranteed room type. We had to wait over an hour after 4:00 checkin time to check in. The room we was still smaller than that booked.

The hotel is outdated. It looks like a design from the 70's in the rooms. Turn some lights on. It is so dark everywhere. The place is not inviting or warm. The pool area is a little shotty and you have to pay for wi fi. Breakfast was slow and not set up well at all. From the pictures I saw online, I was not expecting the lack of style on the inside.

A wonderful hotel with variety of newly decorated and great-sized rooms to relax in. Amicable and amiable personnel in all areas. Made to order breakfast at front desk, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

The spacious two-room suite offered a comfortable retreat, complete with a kitchenette. Breakfast options, including cottage cheese, were plentiful and well-maintained despite high occupancy. Housekeeping fell short, as the room was not cleaned on multiple days, and the confusing accessibility setup made navigating the hotel a hassle for my husband in a wheelchair. The service regarding accommodation requests was slow and unclear, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Concierge were great,Downtown, access indoors to mall, breakfast buffet, clean spacious suite.
Cost of overnight parking at hotel 22 dollars too high! My wife and I had to meet at hotel so I paid 44. Add that to my hotel bill I should have stayed at jw Marriott. Young lady that checked me on was efficient but not very friendly.
